Return / Refund Policy

Returns or exchange of any item without the original invoice cannot be accepted.

Returns are accepted within one week after delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligible items can be returned and will be refunded back to your original form of payment within 10 working days after submitting your return. If you paid through a credit card, then you will get a refund on the same credit card used during the purchase.

Buyer will bear all return shipping costs and fees.

TIRE.AE / Sungate Tyres Trading LLC reserve the right to reject a return or recompense if tyres have been mounted, driven, unpacked, damaged or items used in any other way by the buyer.
